Horse (Renault Group) and Airbus will open the fourth edition of Smart Green Mobility, the event dedicated to electric mobility in the north of Spain.

Organised by NAITEC, the Mobility and Mechatronics Technology Centre, and the Government of Navarre, the fourth edition of Smart Green Mobility will be held in Pamplona on 30 October and will bring together representatives from companies such as Volkswagen, Alsa, Cepsa, Acciona Nordex, Autopistas (Abertis Group) and Bosch España, among others. Registration is already open.

The fourth edition of Smart Green Mobility, an event dedicated to electric, intelligent and connected mobility, will consolidate its position as the reference sectoral forum in the north of Spain with the presence of experts from companies such as Horse, Airbus, Volkswagen, Alsa, Cepsa, Acciona Nordex, Autopistas (Abertis Group) or Bosch España.

In this edition, which will take place on the 30th of October in Baluarte (Pamplona), the opening plenary session, which will focus on the changes and trends that will characterise the future of mobility and automobiles, will be given by Ana Benavente, ESG director of Horse (Renault Group), and Daniel Izquierdo Gil, expert in electric aircraft systems at Airbus.

In addition, as in previous years, the event will include two thematic areas, Automotive and Mobility, with parallel programmes featuring experts from companies such as Volkswagen, Alsa, Cepsa, Acciona Nordex, Autopistas (Abertis Group), Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid (EMT), Bosch España, Basque CCAM, Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, German Aerospace Centre (DLR) and Luleå University of Technology.

This year’s programme focuses on the impact of sustainability criteria on the sector and the enormous potential of using data to optimise production processes and the provision of services related to mobility.

Knowledge sharing and networking

Aimed at manufacturers, suppliers, administrations and institutions linked to the automotive and mobility sectors, the event is a forum for analysis and reflection, exploring the opportunities, trends and challenges facing both companies and administrations as they move towards a more sustainable, autonomous and intelligent mobility model.

With more than a hundred participants already confirmed from Navarre and neighbouring regions, the organisers’ aim for this edition is to “attract representatives from different links in the value chain and broaden the territorial scope of the event”.

A new feature of the fourth edition of the conference will be an exhibition of posters on innovation projects in the mobility and automotive sectors. In this way, Smart Green Mobility offers a new space for the exchange of knowledge and the dissemination of innovation.
