NAITEC invites professionals and organisations to submit posters and presentations for the fifth edition of northern Spain’s benchmark forum on electric, smart, and connected mobility

 

NAITEC Technology Center has opened the call for participation for the fifth edition of Smart Green Mobility, an event that has become a key meeting point for the automotive and sustainable mobility sectors in northern Spain.

This year, for the first time, the event will offer two ways to participate: a poster exhibition showcasing innovative projects and a call for speakers, aimed at increasing the visibility of groundbreaking initiatives in the field of electric, smart, and connected mobility.

Poster call

The poster call, now in its second edition following the success of 2024, is open to a wide range of public and private organisations involved in mobility, automotive, and logistics that are developing innovative technological solutions.

Selected posters will be featured in an exhibition during the event, which will take place on October 16, 2025, at the Baluarte Conference Centre in Pamplona.

Proposals can be submitted in Spanish, Basque, English, or French until September 5, 2025. The process is simple: register, provide a brief description of the project, and wait for evaluation by NAITEC’s technical committee. If selected, participants will receive instructions on how to submit the final version of their poster.

Call for speakers

As a new feature in this year’s edition of Smart Green Mobility, NAITEC is launching a call for speakers in the sector to share their insights, success stories, or disruptive projects in mobility.

This call for presentations offers a platform to share valuable knowledge and real-world experience in areas such as:

• Automotive
• Electric mobility
• Autonomous and connected mobility
• Transport and logistics
• Sustainability
• Enabling technologies and applied R&D

Each talk will last approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Proposals can be submitted through the event website until September 5, 2025.

 

Five Years Promoting Electric, Smart and Connected Mobility

Smart Green Mobility is an annual event organised by NAITEC and the Government of Navarre, and has become a key gathering for the mobility and automotive sectors in northern Spain.

The 2024 edition brought together more than 200 attendees, and previous editions have featured speakers from leading companies such as BMW, VW, Repsol, Airbus, DLR, CAF, Dana, IDIADA, ANFAC, and EMT.
